Frida Kahlo

Frida Kahlo de Rivera was a Mexican painter, who mostly painted self-portraits. Inspired by Mexican popular culture, she employed a naive folk art style to explore questions of identity, post-colonialism, gender, class, and race in Mexican society. Her paintings often had strong autobiographical elements and mixed realism ... icon of inspiration for other painters and photographers.

That's why it was inevitable to do a styling session in my studio. Huge thanks go to Kristina, who took care of the styling ... clothes ... make-up ... and the extraordinary hairstyle for which Frida Kaho was also famous for.
